Circuit Overview:
Digitally controlled and generated oscillators with analog signal path after that and vector stick to modulate waveform mixtures. The pioneering wavetable type synth. Dave Smith was hired later by Yamaha and Korg to help with their vector synths in the SY series and the Korg Wavestation; a synth I began deliberating the construction of myself as I worked at U of Oregon in the later 80's. (Unaware that this synth already existed...)
