Modifications:LFO Free run!    NEW FRONT PANEL!! (SO many of the original silk screens have faded due to bad case foam. I've seen few of the newer orange ones that have problems but the gold fades like crazy.)
General Info Links: Vintage Synth

Circuit Overview:
Basically a scaled down Odyssey with one VCO, similar filter to the later ones and the pitch bend knob.

Service Tips:
Pots tend to get persistently dirty and can sometimes be brought back with repeated application of Caig Cailube. The recent one I worked on had a blow 4011 chip..well it didn't measure blown but it wasn't responding to give a trigger output. It also had a popping filter. The filter's response was sudden, going from complete cutoff to wide open in a very short span of the slider. Trying to troubleshoot now.

New front panels!

This is the first article, designed to closely emulate the original look, though the gold is whiter than the original gold in this material. (Pardon the cheap digital image. It really doesn't capture the contrast well..and also I should have cleaned some of the dust off it I now see. :-) )Not that noticeable though and it will give a little more contrast in low lighting I believe which is usually a good thing. Tentative pricing should be around 120.00 shipped (but I'm still waiting for the total bill at this time) and the glow in the dark version about 150.00.
