Physical exercise
is certainly beneficial. It keeps the mind sharp and the body's parts functioning
as they should be, provided they aren't in need of healing. Consider the
amazing design of the vessel you posses, and do not take lightly thoughts
of doing things you are unsure of with it. We are amazingly fragile in
some ways. A microscopic organism can set off a chain of events that can
terminate it's existence in a matter of hours. Yet it can often sustain
seemingly irreparable damage and recover completely.
It is my
pleasure to include helpful information for readers; that they might experience
a body that will allow them to think clearly and probe the other parts
of this life without hindrance. But remember, they are all tied together,
and in my experience, the single most destructive thing for the health
of the physical body is the LACK of an underlying goal in life. A firm
foundation, as it were For me, that goal is to do the work of my
creator.
